Honey Chilli Wings
Sticky, sweet, spicy, a little char for crispy bits and 100% finger licking delicious wings, well, I think so anyways!
INGREDIENTS
Honey Hog Rub
Garlic Butter Rub
2kg’s Chicken Wings
Basting Sauce1-2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon ketjap manis
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
METHOD
Dust 2kgs of chicken wings in a blend of @smokeyjoesrubs Honey Hog and Garlic Butter rubs.
Heat ingredients of basting sauce in a small saucepan and simmer for a few minutes.
Glaze the wings in the basting sauce 15 minutes prior to the end of the cook.
Chargrill the chicken until cooked.
Garnished with fresh chives, sesame seeds and a drizzle of my favourite sticky chilli ginger sauce.
